We Value our Friends!
The Friends are a huge asset to the Framework Knitters Museum.
Over the years, they’ve donated many items to our collections, as well as buying practical equipment for the museum, such as new computers and the large audio visual screen in the Chapel.
As of summer 2017, the Friends have raised an amazing £10,400 towards our Redevelopment & Expansion Appeal.
Much of this is the proceeds from a daring Sponsored Wing Walk undertaken by Friends President, Kathy Powis, in autumn 2016!

Joining the Friends is a great way to meet new people and try new experiences, whilst supporting the museum at the same time.

Membership Fees
| Individual: | £12.00 |
| Two people at the same address: | £20.00 |
If you’re a UK taxpayer, please make sure you complete a Gift Aid form when you join the Friends.
The museum can then reclaim the tax paid on your membership fees. You can download the form or call into the museum for a paper copy.
